Yes, I've had problems myself. I used to use the auction archives quite a bit
in the past and never had a moments problem. Now, forget about it.

Old expression... If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Works fine for me using FF:

1. log into your account

2. go to my collection

3. pick any coin for auction results

4. punch in a pcgs 4 digit of the coin you want to check on

5. voila!

We did not change any of the functionality of the archives when we did the site redesign. A search that worked before the redesign will work now.

In some cases, particularly with world coins, you may need to expand your search in order to find what you want. If, for instance, you are looking for a particular 5 peso piece from a specific country, and you are not able to find it, try eliminating the date and looking through everything that matches the keywords "5 pesos". Also, please keep in mind that the search functions in the archives generally look for the exact terms you use, so a search for "5 peso" will not match an item that we have cataloged as "5 pesos".

Kollectorking outlines a great method for finding US coins if you're having problems. It works even better if you do exactly the same thing and choose to search by index number.
