Nice but how bad are the 2 spots of the feathers of the left wing tip?

I'll guess M64 but these images are a bit soft for grading.

The green toning is funky imo and would make me pass on it.

    I'll guess 64.

Hard to tell from the images- I suspect it looks better in hand so I am in the 64 camp

It has a very subtle and attractive sapphire blue and emerald green rim tone.

Looks a lot better when viewed on my desktop vs smart phone. I'd guess a 63

  • I saw this one ats so I will not guess. I will say I think it is a nice coin. I like the strike and I think the light toning is very attractive.

I like the green from 8 to 9 o'clock on the obverse periphery. If there must be color, it's that which appeals to me. MS 64+ ? Not sure.
On the cusp for eye appeal, strike and luster with few luster breaks, barring the sun (a focal point). It's a nice looking Walker, in my opinion. And I like WLHs
Not the greatest photos, but I suspect we're not seeing this coin for what it really looks like , in hand. I can eat humble pie. It's nutritious.

  • I think I like!

    Nice coin. Nice color.

I was wondering, has anyone ever designed a coin with wear in mind? I mean, making the key parts recessed or something...or making the wear work for the coin, where the design does not suffer as the coin wears down? I suppose you could actually create a design that turns into a different design when it hits VF or something.

GTG REVEALED---This coin is a VERY NEAR GEM MS 64. IMO-That strike is better than almost ALL of the MS 65 and MS 66 coins that I've ever seen. The Philadelphia coins tend to be struck up well but this coin exceeds even THOSE standards, as it is NEEDLE sharp. Another thing is that the 1920 coins tend to be HEAVILY abraded thus holding back their grades in most instances. This piece has ridiculously SMOOTH surfaces in the fields and even the devices with only one or two inconsequential marks. The only other thing to consider is the luster----a very much deciding factor at the MS 65 or better grade level. I believe this coin to be quite lustrous. I have only seen ONE other coin that was as sharp and clean as this piece and it was a PCGS MS 65 OGH and it sold for 5500. I, also, really like the green and blue rim tone. This is the BEST MS 64 that I've seen in all my years of collecting. THANKS to all who responded. I ALWAYS enjoy hearing from forum members. Any additional thoughts would be greatly appreciated. image

    Do you own it WF?
Looks like someone put a couple of wires from their mains (wall socket) smack onto the coin.
    I have no comment............yet. image

It is a NEWP and NO it DOESN'T look anything as you describe. It is 95% white with very attractive toning.
