    I suspect they both may have graded 15

    edited to Add- they are nice coins and very close to VF20- The comical thing is I like the obverse and coins 2 and the reverse on 1-

    I am not sure the weakness in the reverse on coin 2 gets to 20-

    I'll go with 12 and 15 respectively.

    By way of comparison, here is a 20CAC green that was recently listed on eBay. I believe both are solid 20s and I don't see any issue with the anacs coin making it into a PCGS 20 holder.
