idiot! You are part of the same people who buys a 40 dollar pack of cards pulls a
40 dollar card and tries to get 10 for it, you are also part of the same group of
people who are ticked at beckett because they price their cards so low! gee

I think the problem with basketball is that there are just too many average
players! I looked at the checklist and it is filled with these kinds of players.
I guess for that price I was looking for something better. This is really sad!
I could of pulled that Francis out of any 5/pack UD product. It looks like
the most valuable things I pulled were the non-game used cards! How
ironic is that?

The guy at the store where I bought them, said they were going up on ebay....what is a
good price on a box of this stuff.

As far as packs, these things are easy to search, so why spend money on something you know is
going to be dead??

Kevin - sell the Gooden rookie. He was not impressive in the Summer Pro League in L.A. - he has no sense of teamwork and does not play smart. [Plus, by his comments to the press, he's apparently rather dumb all around.] I don't see him getting significant playing time for a couple years. Luckily, that won't hit his card prices until the season starts.

The box was factory sealed, in fact I bought 2 boxes at a card shop and the best jersey I pulled was a Kobe. Neither box had a numbered jersey or auto and both had terrible rookies. I called UD and they said to send in the box tops and they would send a replacement package, but as we all know, they usually aren't even worth the trouble, because it wouldn't be anything as good as the possible numbered cards inserted in the set. I've talked to several other collectors and everything they got back was garbage. I am sure if I would want to fight and argue after I got the junk, I would end up with something decent after 6 months of fighting with UD like others have, but it's not worth the hassle.

i feel the 2 jerseys in question earlier will book for a combined $25-$30. what you need to remember is even though a pack will cost $30-$45, eventually you might pull a $1000 card if you hit the right pack, and (including all the stuff you pulled along the way) that will make up for 40 dud packs.
and sorry to hear your pulls joestalin & superstar5, those boxes did suck

i havent had great luck in the past with Upperdeck box breaks, but i also know people who have beaten the odds big time
