c0LLect0r: Actually you are wrong in most cases. All of the ones I have had that I sold, I got more for the redemption than the actual piece, and I have noticed it on several other auctions. Don't ask me why, but for some reason by the time it's been redeemed, everyone who wants one usually has already bought one, so the market value on ebay is lower.

Also someone who actually wants the card (not to resell it but if they collect the guy) may want the redemption because that way they get it directly from the company in supposedly mint condition. You dont want to risk buying a card that you have no idea what was doen with it, maybe the guy dropped it and theres a nick or two or if he switched it to another type of holder he could have damaged it. Ya jsut never know. Thats why people may want redemptions

I sold mine very early on, and to my knowledge my 525.00 price on ebay was the highest. This
of course was for the redemption. I do have to warn everyone that the so call "scratch off" box
that is on the redemption cards can been seen through with a bright light! There is a chance
that you could buy one and the card could of already been redeemed! I contacted UD about
this but they don't care.
