A Question on 1976 Ikes - Type 1 vs. Type 2

Is there any information on distribution of these from the mint? Are Type 1 P mints coins found in certain sets/rolls/bags or locations? Or is it random?
Any info appreciated. I know nothing about these.

These type I's were made until around July of 1975 and then they switched to type II. Any bag
dated early in '75 will contain type I's. All '75 mint sets contain type I's. Quality in mint sets is
atrocious but rolls are very elusive. Mint set coins are not especially well struck and contain large
amoubnts of retained planchet marking. Most were mishandled after striking. About 4% are chBU
and Gems are scarce.
There might be mules of type II/ type I but none have been reported yet. The biggest obverse dif-
ference is a long crease on the neck. Mint technicians were not always good at changing out both
dies in switchovers and a type I reverse might have been left behind.
a thread with this exact information was posted quite recently somewhere around here.
