64 seems reasonable, but I wouldn't be all that shocked if the graders forgave the big scratches on the reverse and said 65

Overall I'd say 64+..........but a 65 wouldn't surprise me.

Clean enough obv for a 66. But a minor distracting spot and streak. Scratch on rev doesn't bother me on a 65.

What's going on with the eagle's breast? Never seen that where a chunk appears to be missing. This is what bothers me the most.

The marks on the reverse keep me at MS66 for this coin; based on the obverse, I would have guessed 67 if it hadn't been for the reverse.

I was at Radioshack today and I discovered this little remote-control shutter thing (?) made specifically for my camera. Only thirty bucks and vibration is completely eliminated

That was something I struggled with before, and this one little, inexpensive device is making a world of difference.
