I think it should grade even higher if the luster is there and it sounds like it is. No discernible marks on the coin that I see that would limit the grade.

Coppercolor...... purchased the coin in a PCGS 66RB holder and when the "+" service came out it upgraded to a 66+RB and it was tried a couple times for the 67RB with no success. Then on our first try with reconsideration it went 67RB.

Certainly a one-of-a-kind piece -- very nice. If you ever wish to sell it, you should be able to "almost" name your price if the buyer were working on a red-rb gem set, or being that it stands alone so strongly, it would appeal to the "ultimate type set" types too.
