need help with 1883 IHC (Snow 8)

I've exhausted about every avenue.... There seems to be little information on this variety other than the CPG, so I was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on the coin.
Does anyone have past auction results for a 1883 IHC Snow-8?
I looked on Teletrade, Heritage, Eagle Eye Rare Coins... but came up with zilch in the way of value.
Is it scarce? Is it minor?
Would it be worth getting attributed with PCGS? CAC?
NGC/PCGS pop reports?
