always thought it was be a good business to run a service that corrects the grammer of spammer's emails. But then, I guess you could not really expect them to pay your bill, counld you?

Actually, we all laugh at it, but I have talked to some folks on the security side of this type of stuff.
Sometimes, there is a "method to the madness" as some of the scammers figure that anyone stupid enough to reply to a broken grammar email is more likely to truly be conned and out the money.

If they spent the time and energy to get things "perfect", sure, they would get more flies to the web, but then they would also have folks that become more wary and causing potential problems/headaches.

So, in many cases, they prefer a lower number of responses with a higher rate of success, than a large number of responses but a lower percentage of success.

I have received emails about my bank, paypal, ebay, my website.....the latest, I'm now receiving email from relatives who never sent them. Of course all this shows up in my junk mail but how do they get relatives names and make up emails? I suspect it's facebook and twitter? Another thing when Hotmail evolved into outlook very recently, the emails I send out now have a picture of the wife and I. Not that I mind but it came from facebook.
