The building is 19th Century too, Rob. its the Arc de Triomph designed for Napoleon Bonaparte. the jeton is a 20 centimes good for 1 drink (A Consommer) , probably french wine no idear about value , but interesting for french jeton colectors as well as for Arc de Triomph enthusiasts.
collector of Greek banknotes - most beautifull world banknotes - Greek & Roman ancient coins.
I didn't think it was the Arc either, perhaps because it seems to have more depth than the Arc ... does the Arc have a secondary door on the left side? Looks more like a wine shop to me. perhaps this was minted by the business owner for their patrons

Looks late 19th century? (The jeton and not the building, I mean.)

I didn't even recognize that as the Arc de Triomphe.
So a Parisian token, then, perhaps.
