    Yes, it is. It is a french jeton token, but there are thousands. I do not have a guide on these and can not help with attribution. -Dan

    The building is 19th Century too, Rob. its the Arc de Triomph designed for Napoleon Bonaparte.
    the jeton is a 20 centimes good for 1 drink (A Consommer) , probably french wine image
    no idear about value , but interesting for french jeton colectors as well as for Arc de Triomph enthusiasts.

    I didn't think it was the Arc either, perhaps because it seems to have more depth than the Arc ... does the Arc have a secondary door on the left side? Looks more like a wine shop to me. perhaps this was minted by the business owner for their patrons
