Shipping with PayPal (without any transaction)

When I need to create a shipping label, and I don't have a transaction with PayPal or eBay, I use the SHIP NOW service from PayPal mainly to ship First Class since USPS doesn't allow it online. LINK TO SHIP NOW
I have recently noticed that it is different from the page you usually are brought to when you have a PayPal transaction, in which you can find more options (like Priority Padded Envelope, Regional, etc...)

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get to the new menu when you don't have any transaction.

    I always use paypal multiorder shipping to mail personal stuff that may not be associated with a sale

    I don't think they updated the Ship Now function.

    Try creating a label at the usps.com website. you have to set up an account which is a piece of cake. Having an account allows you to order free flat rate shipping boxes, delivered to your door.
