How do you handle a friend wanting you to send in coins for grading?

A friend I work with wanted me to send in two peace dollars with my next submission. They are both common dates....23 and 25. I looked at them and they are both likely MS64. Do I tell her that they are probably not worth the fees, or do I just send them in.

Tell her everything she needs to know, and if she still wants to do it and you are OK with doing it, proceed from there.

I don't like "piggybacking" other people's coins, generally, but I've done it, and others have done it for me.

Yep I would agree with that approach.

Just explain that unless she just wants them in holders that after the fees are paid that she is not going to help the value.

or
just for you to send them in

Ask her why she wants to send them in. She may just want them in slabs. If she thinks that the slabs will make them more valuable, you can then explain to her that the value increase of the slabbing will be less than the cost of slabbing.

I just handle their coins. They wouldn't be friends if I were handling them.
