I grade it $20. Whether it's an XF45, AU50, AU53, or AU55 it really doesn't matter.
It has plenty of hairlines and high point rub. 1941 is not even a remotely rare date and any number of better examples could be found for a slight premium to melt value.
They're in 90% bags in that condition all the time - I agree with lordmarc in the 45/50 range - appears hairlined to me also .. Sells for spot silver at least around here it does
I see low end AU quality, it would make XF-45 in a heart beat...when you get a coin in this shape and start talking About Uncirculated, it's guessing at best.
Tough crowd. I don't like the coin - but would't throw her out of bed for eating crackers.
It's got decent luster, too much so for the XF level, the wear on the legs and breast area make it a details 55 IMHO. The greenish film on the reverse probably is PVC - coin would never grade as is; it's not nice enough to spend a grading fee on, even if the PVC were removed.

I've never found one that high a grade in a 90% "bag" of any size. At least not in the past 10 yrs. VF-XF is about the best I've found for spot price.

My icon IS my coin. It is a gem 1949 FBL Franklin.
