I own a few of these 31-S Buffs. But when one comes along with the eye appeal this one has I buy em. It's not perfect but it sure does appeal to me. Caution, very large images... Thanks for looking...CHD

I see that too. Will pcgs fix it for me for free?

Nice Buff Joe, other than the PVC, which will most likely come off with Acetone.

Holy Moly!!! My screen is only 12" wide and your excellent pics are over 2 feet!

Couldn't ya stack 'em instead of side-by-side????

So, what do I do crack it out and acetone dip it? It's in a pcgs holder!

That (PVC?) is worrisome, but the pastels are nice. Pretty coin.

    Love the toning!

I think (I may be wrong though) that PCGS will take care of the PVC spots on the reverse if you send it in to them. Acetone should not affect the toning, but does a good job of removing the PVC residue. If not taken care of, it could cause additional permanent damage to the coin.

Definitely a beauty worthy of being preserved!

Another beauty. Is this a duplicate or does it fill a spot in your album, which I wouldn't mind seeing again if I could find the thread.
