I picked this up at a local show today for about melt. The coin itself is actually really nice, despite my poor photos. Coin is actually prooflike
I would imagine this was some sort of marketing ploy from the 80's. Anyone ever see one of these before, comes in a really nice holder similar to The silver IKE dollars
of the 70's

    It's interesting how all the copper spots are on the obverse, and almost all are in the rim. Neat piece.

    The gouge under the chin doesn't qualify as a bag mark. That's more than a bag mark.
