Just a promotional label someone ordered up. They put a bunch of junky 1909 VDBs in them. Some are just low grade, but I've seen some that are harshly cleaned or have other problems in them. PCGS didn't grade them, they just holdered them with a special label. Not rare and not worth a premium in my opinion. I don't have one and I collect 1909 stuff if that tells you anything
PCGS Authorized dealers can order up almost any label they want as long as they submit enough coins in the lot that money is made on the order. New generation printers can do almost anything they want.
As for the Photoshop reference. Yes PCGS had proficiency in use of the program as one of the job requirements awhile back when recruiting Phil some help.
