capped bust dime question

After reading the recent posts about the 7070 type sets, I decided that is what I would focus on next. I got lucky and my lcs had a used album that he gave me. It even has the page for gold
.
through the years of collecting I didn't have much interest in the capped bust series. (Actually, they were out of my price range some 45 years ago so I didn't focus on them).
Looking through my misc stuff for items for the album I found a cbd. It is slightly larger than the slot in the album. Is it typical that this series can have slightly over sized coins???

I live in my own world. But it's OK, they know me there.
