I'm not sure there were any green inserts used by Paramount. I've only seen the red and black for Redfield Hoard capsules. I've even had one of the wooden storage boxes that Paramount shipped coins in to bulk buyers.
There were green holders marked MS65+. they were reserved for the best Morgans found within this collection. I currently own 4 of them, and they are Awesome! I will pull some from the SD box shortly and take some pics and post.
I have run across a few green holders, they were always much more money. The ones have seen still looked over graded and they were usually asking for more than double so I never spent the cash on them. I never knew they were the higher graded ones though. In my experience the grading was always all over the map.
