These are SMS dimes? Have they been certified as such?

you probably need to start a new thread with a better title and the image in the first post to get more replies.

if you hit "quote" instead of "reply" on my post with the picture, you will see what you need to copy.

1964 10C SMS MS68 PCGS. More mystery than history surrounds the issuance of the 1964 Special Mint Sets. In fact, many knowledgeable numismatists are still uninformed about their existence. The facts are sketchy, but the first sets appeared in Stack's auctions starting in 1993, apparently from the estate of New York coin dealer Lester Merkin. The speculation that they came from Mint Director Eva Adams' estate remains unconfirmed, to our knowledge. All five minor coinage denominations were produced in the sets, with an unusual surface texture featuring strong, haphazard die polishing lines on coins that have superstrong strikes and high, squared-off rims like proof coinage.
The die polishing lines on this piece are diagnostic and strongly evident. Note the squared-off rims. There is no fadeaway on the 4, even at the extreme rim, where 1964 business strikes would usually show weakness. Notice the heavy die polishing lines running southwest to northeast below TY, and the near-vertical die polishing lines above the head, also all diagnostic. The 9 and 6 in the date are not pointed, but rather slightly clubby, and there is not an obvious top serif on the 1. (The regular Pointed 9 1964s have a clear serif on the 1.) Mere glints of color appear on this mostly white coin. A small, near-linear mark on the neck, just behind the ear, serves as a pedigree marker, along with a tiny gray fleck below (LIBERT)Y, in front of the forelock. One of the three finest certified at PCGS (10/10).
