Nice Durango 8 Reales. You can see that the planchet was not even in terms of thickness, which resulted in strike weakness, as mrpotatoheadd mentioned. MZ assayers and what is remaining of that bust point to this coin being from the 1815-1817 period. Nice example of this crude series.
