Yeah, I'm afraid that's true. Bad policy and no one at ebay has explained the reason for the change.
So, is this a fake, like keets is suggesting?

the strange thing about the cert # check is that if you enter the cert # 1660084 from the OP slab the response is That Cert is not available for display. if you enter the same number minus the last digit the response is That Cert Number was not found in the database.

If I want to bid on a coin and a full picture of both the obverse and reverse slab is not in the listing, I ask the seller
to send a picture.

And anyway ... even despite all the other obvious issues, why would someone who wanted a 1911-D buy a coin "certiified" as Weak D? Most collectors look for a nice, bold mintmark on the 1911-D -- or at least convincingly there.
