The obverse is 62, IMO. Luster looks pretty dull.

And is that an RPD variety? the '9' looks recut...

My first thought was 62 but after reading the responses and taking a longer look I'd buy 62-63 as reasonable.

I see 61 or 62 as the two best options.

62 because the field luster is not broken up by chatter and the strike isn't bad at all for a 96-0. Does look dipped out which have dulled the luster just one shade down.

Huge price jump from AU58 to MS62. So I assume I should send under regular service, hoping for the MS62-3.

Max 61. Too much noise on the face below the eye and on chin. Our host is usually very critical on focal points of semi-key dates.
