  Awesome coin! Nice contrast too. "Powder burns" don't bother me at all. Anything but full white for these for me.

  One of the things I really liked about this coin was the fact that it's struck from decent dies. So many of the 1941 proof Walkers are struck from weak, overpolished dies. This includes the "missing initials" variety. Now while I like varieties as much as the next guy (well, probably more), if I'm buying a proof, I want it to be fully detailed.
  
  The "powder burns" hide themselves pretty well in hand. I suppose it could be a candidate for the restoration service, but I'm content to leave it as is.
