I'll say AU53 and be the first to confess that's a stab in the dark, based on luster, mostly.
Nice lookin' coin. Boy, there's some crazy doubling or repunching goin' on with the date, isn't there? Neat.
Well, just Love coins, period.

In the subsequent photo it obviously is NOT what I thought - it does look way better than the upper photos which makes this fun and truly guess the grade
There is no doubt in my mind thats a 62 looking at it now - nice !
Now get that silly grin off your face
<< <i>while there is def some wear or rub it seems this one fooled most.

<< <i>Nice cross. I still stand by my issues - those edge "dings" should be big point losers which nobody else seemed to address, and also the flag/banner at 10:00 has significant abrasion. Multiple other sites of this same phenomenon as well; I realize that sometimes these are considered planchet prep issues, but good Lord, I don't get it with this coin which I like (and appears MUCH better in slab complete with the edge issues somewhat hidden.
Still congrats on a good eye! >>
Mr. Eureka, I would have thought the edge dings alone enough to keep it out of 63 territory.
If the coin were otherwise MS69, the edge dings might take it down to 65. At the lower MS grades, the damage would knock the coin down by roughly one point. Not that there are any set rules on this sort of stuff, of course. Anyway, 62 may indeed be the best grade for the coin. Tough to say, especially when grading a coin from an image.
