What's with this 1839-C

  Good spot Cameron......That coin has severe problems (I've seen it in person before). When I saw it last, it was residing in an ANACS VF-30 details-Altered Surfaces holder:

  This coin has extensive tooling on the obverse. The cleaning is the least of this coins problems. NGC has become very lax and is overgrading lately
