  Everyman is classified as coins AU58 and below. Basically nothing mint state.

  It's a registry that "every man" can build since there are no over-AU58 grade allowed in this category.
  Low ball is way lower than this. You can have very nice coins in AU state.

  Lowballs are another way to have fun with coins, minus a huge crowd of competition and often very inexpensively.

  Everyman sets are fun for not too much money. No MS coins are allowed, now the top end grade is AU58+, not AU58. Problem is, in some series there are practically no AU58s with pluses.
  
  When I take delivery of my 1911-D Indian Quarter Eagle in PCGS 58 CAC, I will have a 58.00 Everyman set, tied with two other collectors. This set has only 15 coins in it. My set has 9 CAC Green stickers and 2 CAC Gold stickers. Too bad PCGS Registry doesn't give a tiny point or two for the CAC stickers.

  I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
