This Morgan looks polished to me. Does it to you?

At minimum, it appears cleaned. Could be the lighting? I've seen heavily polished silver coins with the same look.

the NCS picture has an O mintmark so the seller just got his pictures mixed up. The coin it self just looks glossy from over dipping and not polished to my eyes. A D+ coin and not deserving of strong money.
So, not polished, but sure looks cleaned. At least from the photos (including NGC's)...
