  I think its in a NCS holder not a NGC
  
  shows both confussing at least?
  
  some smell very fishy here! NGC front and NCS back, can't be both!

  the NCS picture has an O mintmark so the seller just got his pictures mixed up. The coin it self just looks glossy from over dipping and not polished to my eyes. A D+ coin and not deserving of strong money.

  I see the confusion now (and it is subsequently cleared up).
  So, not polished, but sure looks cleaned. At least from the photos (including NGC's)...

  Looks polished and over dipped. XF45/AU50 net graded down to VF 30. Should not be holdered in a clean slab. If I bot that
  sight-unseen, I'd be pissed. How many times was that presented before NGC was willing to buy back at the VF30 price ?

  These look like images from a scanner to me....that would explain the dull, lifeless look.
