This is an excellent picture of the January 2013 FUN show taken by Charmy. It explains it all.

I was surprised to see myself working with Heritage trading out some cleaned raw gold coins I owned for about 13 years and finally moving them out to buy stuff I wanted at Heritage auctions.
I am in the purple shirt near the rear of the Heritage table on the left.
But look at the crowd. This was at around 1pm on Thursday.
I was shocked at how busy the FUN show was. It was like this nearly all day Thursday and Friday.
Admittedly, the show has shrunk by at least 30% in size since the 1999-2006 era but perhaps this is partially why is looked so much busier than it did in quite a long time?

I'll have to remember to never have you view a toned lot for me as your shirt isn't purple!
Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Middle aged white dudes?? I resemble that remark.
BTW, you might consider going back to re-evaluate ALL your toned silver. Perhaps the color scale often posted here would be useful in recalibrating your perceptions of ROYGBIV. Or maybe I should. The shirt grades out "maroon". Too much red for "cordovan".
Reminds me of a bad merlot

<< <i>And I agree with Broadstruck - your shirt is burgundy, not purple!! >>
I bet Oreville was just so eager to hit the brouse floor that he might have just reached for the wrong tags

Yes, highly unusual to see so many of them at a coin show.

The show was designated for middle aged white dudes. What is middle age now?
I felt better when Bob Dole was doing Viagra commercials. Now, the men in the commercials
(espcially Cialis) look to be in their 40s with hot wives. What's with the side by side tubs?

When they all have that "regular guy" Roger Dangerfield look!
The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
My Jefferson Nickel Collection
It looked purple at that hour.
But yes, I see it is burgandy now!
