Huge price realized for 1899-O micro 'O' Morgan

Check out lot #6304 from Heritage FUN 2013 signature sale (1899-O micro 'O' VAM-32).
Over $21,000????
Why the high price?
Is someone trying to collect ALL VAM Varieties in mint state?
Interesting to note that PCGS population report lists only two mint state examples: 1-MS60 & 1-MS61. The Heritage coin is PCGS MS62!

<< <i>Apparently, the PCGS MS64 1899-O micro 'O' (VAM 5) that brought $7800 plus juice in a 2012 Teletrade auction was a REALLY GOOD deal! >>
It sure looks like it. The VAM 5 is not as rare as the VAM 32, and the recent sale may have just raised the value of that coin. Mind you that everyone at FUN I spoke with was shocked about this sale, and the market is not exactly huge at the top, but it would appear that any pop-top 1899-O Micro O is going to go for some really big $.
