There are certain parts of the world where sellers of US coins are highly suspect. The far east is the most notorious, but eastern Europe has its fair share, too. I'm not condemning all sellers from these places, but whenever I encounter a seller from these areas, especially with a sparse track record, my counterfeit radar detector starts twitching...
