Not that my opinion matters much (if it isn't in a Doily) . . but this looks XF45 based on the pic. Could go to AU if luster is present -- just hard to tell from a pic.
another exercise in futility which only bolsters the fact that grading by a picture is difficult. luster on a Brown coin is hard to capture and since the graders had it in-hand don't you think they saw it?? hence, the AU grade.
