Grade the Morgans - "Ms Liberty and the nose ring"

Blow up the photo larger, and Ms Liberty is wearing a nose ring....ahead of the times by a hundred years or so
So, feel free to guess the grade
(I'm trying to figure out if the nose ring was due to a ding or something on the die or something dropped onto the planchet when it was struck......)
Note: Quick shot was done with camera and 2 lights and then cropped in MS Photo Viewr
1898

1880-S...no nose ring

They are raw, so there really are no wrong answers (unless someone were to say "PO1" or something like that).
Playing with the idea of sending them in....or not.
There isn't a VAM for an 1898 "nose ring", is there?
