Does anyone here know about a site called Numista?

I was doing some searching for a Russian Coin I own and ran across My coin for sale by a member named estcoins
The coin is actually a Novadel and I purchased a few years back. Why does it show this person has it?
Or am I not reading it right?
Thanks for any information.

FOR SALE Items
<< <i>That is a Heritage Auction Photo, not his.
Yes, I see that, but what is he showing? Something he wants to buy or something he has for sale?

Down the bottom of the list, under "Get this coin", the member estcoins claims to have it available for trade. I'm afraid I don't know enough about the Numista community to know if stealing pictures of other people's coins to illustrate your own is an acceptable practice. They may simply be using the "best available picture" to illustrate the type for everybody.

Apparently I have been awarded the DPOTD twice.
<< <i>As I understand it, Numista is one of those manage-your-coin-database connect-and-swap-with-other-people websites.

What worries me is that he might be potentially scamming people into believing he has one for sale.
Secondly this particular one is a Novodel which is very rare and exceedingly expensive.
edit to add....perhaps I should join and ask this guy if he has it for sale?

Not a bad idea. I'd consider doing that, just to ease your mind.
