I bought it and have it in hand (BTW, I already have a nice 44s with a great strike in a PCGS 65 holder from DLRC, but I just had to see this one with my own peepers for some reason and have a 14 day return on'er).
I would like some grade opinions using the sellers images, I will let everyone know my own in hand observation after some of your opinions.

Thanks as always,
Ray

looks nice. a bit hazy/dusty which isn't condemning on its own. image are insufficient to determine accurately but with a return policy and a little know-how could work out nicely.

wouldn't be surprised to see it go 65 or above but possible contact from 12 to 6 on the obverse high points could stop it short.

Hazy has to do with the sellers images (hint!), the coin has blazing luster.

I was worried about the hight points on the 12 to 6 reverse but I do not see it in hand.

It's not even remotely hard to find a 44-S already in PCGS plastic at MS65 for a similar price. Why buy one raw? Why do you think this coin isn't already graded? I don't see it going as MS66, maybe not even a 65, so why gamble?

    Do you know Walkers?

Like my OP states......."I already have a nice 44s with a great strike in a PCGS 65 holder from DLRC", I guess I should change my thread title. image

Looks like an easy 64 or possibly a 65.

    I highly doubt ms66.
