But, they are not marked COPY as per the Hobby and Protection Act and therefore are a violation of US Law. Ebay does not allow reproductions or copies anymore, either.

I believe they would be not be in violation of the Hobby Protection Act if produced before the Hobby Protection Act was passed.
Edited to clarify ... >>
if you read the entire act you will see there are multiple restrictions on coinage/paper not just the word "copy." imo copyright law and the hobby protection act share some of the same context.
also if you read the sections on coins with "copy" there are restrictions on size of the letters and how they appear on the coinage or should i say the crap being passed off as coinage. .

probably. i've tracked some that are probably using proxies to create accounts (one is up to at least 6-7 all NARU) and some other methods that are above my pay grade .

well heck, that is easy. they are flat-out wrong. my personal batting average is pretty high given all i have to work with is images, and crappy ones most of the time but still technology allows us to do amazing things these days.
when a person like myself can blow a mint mark up so big it is several inches in height, studying diagnostics is a breeze.
my final statement, i would prefer to have them in-hand to study AND have high res images but have no desire to weigh, measure, ring-test any of them. .

Is it the same items under a new user ID? If so, that needs to be reported as well.
