1942-S Inverted S Please look and comment

The upper left hand corner is an image from ebay. The other three coins with the golden tint are coins from my collection. One of those three is attributed by PCGS as MS63 (cert number 15536607). I think the PCGS MS64 coin in the upper left corner was misattributed and not an Inverted S.

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Here is what I think, and I sure hope some variety experts chime in.
1) The left side of the mintmark protrudes to the left only on the mintmark in the upper left.
2) The mintmark is too low (you say different die; I say that different die isn't a variety).
3) The mintmark in the upper left doesn't have the straight on the underside of the top serif.
4) The mintmark in the upper left doesn't appear large one the top than the bottom.
5) All three of my coins are different die states, yet they all show the same features, but those features are missing on the coin in the upper left.

The top coin is the variety which doesn't match the coin in the upper left.

I disagree. The variety is an inverted S...not leaf position. There could be two different dies with the inverted S. Like the 41-S large S. There are two different dies for that one.
Looks like the four coins in the original post are all the same mintmark style with the same orientation. These are a different style mintmark from the post above.
Although I do not see it in any of the pics from this post, sometimes people get thrown by depth of punch from mintmarks which were unevenly struck.
lets stir the pot a bit

Even if it is an inverted S, if it is a different die it should get a different FS number. That is the same as saying all S/S have the same FS number. If the three coins are FS-501, and the different die should be FS-502 or some other number. Two different dies need two different variety numbers.
