.
Please read carefully.
First person to post the initials of the person my favorite type coin is modeled after wins!
The correct answer will have either 2 or 3 letters for the initials.
No edited posts will be accepted and only 1 post per person, so make it count.
Any inquiries in the thread will count as your post and no post can be edited..
I may have made posts claiming more than one type as being my fav, but at the end of the day, there can be only one.
The contest runs until we have a winner. If no winner within a reasonable time frame, I'll post a pic of the prize as an incentive.

We have a winner! - much quicker than anticipated no less.
My favorite coin is the Peace Dollar in no small part because of whom the obverse is modeled after.
The bold and majestic eagle staring off to the distance with his/her wings tucked back just standing there as if in deep contemplation.
The obverse with the marble statuesque appearance with wonderful flowing hair with a bit tucked back in a bun with very clean lines and a wonderful resemblance to Libertas.
No wonder I enjoy it so much as the name states, ("Peace" Dollar.)
Congratulations to the winner (RollSearcher) and thanks to all whom participated.

I'll let the winner post the item or I will post the images I took with his approval once the prize arrives.

<< <i>I would have guessed "LL" for Lady Liberty. >>
a worthy guess indeed. I'll keep that in mind for the 10k giveaway, which will be a biggie!

<< <i>Ack! That was my guess, but had to go with another as Roll Searcher beat me to the punch. >>
hey, no worries. i'll be having another one at 10k posts

The photo of coin and model are interesting to look at in light of the discussion about Martha Washington.
