These arrived this week. A new die marriage to my collection (1821 JR-8), and an upgrade to my 1820 JR-7!
1820 JR-7, raw, VF-35-ish
1821 JR-8, ICG-45 (my grade = 40)

nice additions
are these the same diameter as plinko chips? i used to love eating those as a kid!
odd ambient light photography. your style? almost looks diffused, but not as flat as the usual diffusion.

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
There is some light chatter on the face, and a little on the reverse, but the toning mostly covers those up.
It should grade at a TPG if I were to ever submit...not that I plan to!
The 1821 is ok. Not greatly eye-appealing, but it has decent details and only minor chatter.
As per LNCC:
Photography is done with lights pointed from one angle so as to pick up and highlight the raised details a little more;
just enough to make the details standout and not get absorbed into the fields, as if everything were flat!
