    I just had an other Paypal issue today. Took 15 minutes to get an actual person on the phone, when I got him he was not helpful and about as rude as you can be. I hate Paypal.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    13,000 employees??? No wonder Paypal fees are so high.
