Gold PCGS insert???

  Yes. When the S.S. Central America coins were certified by PCGS, they were placed into holders with gold inserts.

  I tried looking for the cert verification, but didn't find anything.
  
  I own two such SSCA $20 Libs and had to request a cert number to be issued from PCGS to add these to my registry.
