  It's available for the iPhone and iPod Touch too and I must say, it's a pretty decent app overall though not anywhere as useful as the desktop version. Still, it's good for minor alterations (cropping, brightness, contrast, etc.).

  Are you getting bombarded to buy effects/upgrades? The reviews on the app store saying that prevented me from even trying it.
  
  Snapseed has been good to me on the ipad for basic photo editing/effects. Does what it does and doesn't bother you to purchase packs or extras or anything.

  What's the best app for circle cropping??

  On this one the before has nice color and looks more natural, the after seems overly saturated and very unnatural. I don't think there was a reason to mess with the before shot.

  Its possible it has to much adjustment. It takes some getting used to on the Ipad
