  It doesn't do any good to click your mouse cursor on your own PM icon. You have to click it on the PM icon of another member that you want to contact.

  Sometime the PCGS server for this forum is slow, maybe due to high volume usage, or any number of reasons. Try clearing your browser cache first. I've had searches here in the IE8 browser take up to 5 minutes to upload. The software here is ancient.

  either slow or you have pop up blockers on

  Is it possible the person you're trying to communicate with has his PM turned off?
