1864-s quarter - grade anyone?

After looking at the ana book, photograde online and Heritage I think it has a good shot at G-6, but I am not the best grader.
Heck maybe it won't ever grade for all I know. But I am sending it in.

edited to add here is a pcgs g-6 from heritage that I think has worse scratches than mine

If it grades, Good 6. Might not due to scratches or cleaning. I don't think there's enough meat to go VG.

Possibly G-6 details, but I see that "X" scratched into the obverse and that might knock it down to G-4 if it's considered still market acceptable for the grade.

Is that a repunched Mintmark? Looks like it might just be machine doubling too though.

The scratch in the field is barely visible to the naked eye. The others I cannot see, even with my reading glasses on. I just adjusted the contrast a bit for good details in the photo.

I don't like the light scratches on it, but I'd go with a G4/G6 grade.

G4, scratches aren't too bad at all considering the state. Nice pick up!

I think the scratches on your coin are acceptable for the most part for the grade. As long as they don't deem the x intentional. The cleaning is a bigger issue in my opinion and will most likely keep the grade down. I still think G-4
