LAS VEGAS COIN SHOW at the Palace Station THIS weekend!

I'm setting up at the coin show in Las Vegas this Friday and Saturday (10am-6pm) and Sunday (10am-3pm):

The Palace Station
4811 W. Sahara Blvd.
Las Vegas, CA

There should be about 75-100 dealers. Set up is Thursday from 2-7pm so I'm headed out in the morning - anyone else going?

I won't make it this time. During the weekend there is a wedding I don't really want to go to but have to go to that's in the way.

Ohhh man, I wish it was the same as last year............the same time that PCGS had their show

Right up your alley Charmy. (Seems like all of the great/fun shows are out on the west coast!) Sounds like an awesome boondoggle! Have an awesome time and know when to fold 'em!

Went to that show last year and thought it was a really great show. And I agree that having the PCGS show at the same time was an added bonus.

Going to pass this time around since the Long Beach show was just last weekend and I already saw probably 75% of the dealers at that show.

We just moved our offices, and it's been quite a challenge.

I wouldn't go to a show there. Palace Station is a dump and in a sketchy neighborhood.

I wouldn't say it's a dump.......but as any Casino I always leave with less money then I came in there with

This show is the biggest and best cooin show in Las Vegas! The Palace Station is right off the 15 on Sahara (not "seedy" at all), and though it's not the best casino in town it is far from being a "dump." The bourse room is on the second floor just up the escalator, and it is very nice, classy, clean and roomy. As with most coin shows, security is prevelant and I do not feel "unsafe" in this neighborhood. Hope to see some of you forumites at the show!

The doors just opened and lots of eager collectors are streaming in.

The hall is nice, carpeted floor that don't smell like cigarettes. Metals are way up, so the show should be a success.

I'm jealous!!!!! I wanted to go, at least I planned on going till I twisted my ankle
and now I'm laid up

Very disappointing

Sadly I couldn't make this one. I'm saving my Las Vegas powder for the December Big One.
It was a fun show last go around and there is a Subway just down the escalator.

Subway is now Johnny Rockets. Nothing is permanent in Vegas.

They had both last time. Subway was around the corner.

I thought that subway was next to the escalator and the Johnny Rockets was the opposite direction.
