Just a guess, it looks to be a contemporary imitation, 4th - 3rd Century BC. Possibly Arabian or North Africa by the style of the engraving but I have never seen one with the head facing left. Would be interested to know if you find out for sure.

As mentioned Athena faces the wrong way and really doesn't look like the Arabian imitations to me. While it looks hand struck, I wonder if this isn't some sort of modern striking.
Sounds closer to a Drachm?
The portraits reminds me of a Roman Republic style denarius.
diameter is OK for a greek drachma, weight is OK for a fourree , but the counterfeiter obviously had a problem with left and right
