  seems like i recall something along those lines from some of the set reg people ATS. i saw some links and/or grading sets to something on either the pillar dollars or coins quite similar
  
  actually, after thinking for a minute i think there may have been a post here very recently with some grading pillar dollars in it
  
  do an advanced search with IE if FF or your current browser won't let you

  I would think the Darksiders would have a good handle on this question.

  This might be a good reference for you. I believe it's a two-volume set. Obtaining a set might be expensive and I have not reviewed it...but thought I'd make you aware.
