How do I fill out PCGS forms for multiple submissions?
Let's say that I want to send in 4 coins for crossover and 4 raw coins for grading. I'm going to need to use 2 submission forms. Do I pay an $8.00 handling fee times two, or, just a single $8.00 fee? Do I put a total insurance limit for everything on the first form, or put the dollar value for the crossover coins on one form and the dollar value of the raw coins on the other? Same deal for the return shipping fee. Does one form get treated like the master form for billing?

i am probably mistaken but after submitting my last order ATS and requesting all separate orders be shipped back together, delaying a couple while they waited for the last orders to complete i thought
I remembered reading on the revised pcgs submission form that we may request all orders be sent back together as well. i for sure read it on one of the TPG forms.
obviously it is more work for them and risk for insuring held orders, but coulda swore i remembered seeing that while i was debating whom to send my order to
