Judging by this 16 coin(8 sets) 75th Anniversary SF Mint Sets submission....are 70's in the minority

Per this random PCGS submission:
3 of 16 PCGS PR70 grades seems a bit strict, considering the modern day high tech Mint coin press equipment and redundancy of a current Mint product.
Not to mention these are modern proof issues!!!!
What are 70's bringing in today's market????

Oh man that hurts and it has me a little leary about collecting moderns. I am sitting on my 2 sets awhile, maybe in a couple of years they will not grade as strict.
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.

That's a big change from previous ASE submisions.
Did the Mint throw QC out the window??
Anyone else have a submission of these coins??
